VJ – The Annum 2009
It’s been a tremendously busy year here at Visual Jazz. We’ve had some barbeques on the roof, played some lawn bowls, drank many beers and built a whole lot more of the internet (not necessarily in that order). But, as usually happens every twelve months, the year has come to an end, and we thought a short retrospective on the highlights for 2009 might be in order.
At last check we’d managed to….
- send over 8.3 million eDMs (none of them spam, of course)
- win some sweet new clients, including Jay Jays, Jetstar, Medibank, Icon Films, Tourism NT and Primelife (to name a few)
- hold 1 super-human staff exhibition
- build 3 stupendous augemented realities
- win an award or two, including W3s, FEMAs and FWAs
- launch at least 18 million gigalitres of internetting brilliance into hearts, minds and homes, including Revolutions in Sport, the new Bakers Delight website, the Holden Cruze microsite and DFR’s Ocean Recon submariners site. You can check them all out in their full radness below.
- and increase our rank on the overall awesomeness index by at least 22.67 percent. At least!
In conclusion, 2009 has been massive, fabulous, gratuitous, mongtacular and splediferous. A year of oozing creativity, springing site launches and narrowly avoiding eviction from the bowls club at our xmas party.
Thanks to all of our clients, vendors, friends and family, and a huge big ups to all VJ team involved. Rock on 2010!
